What is the most common wedding workflow?

Each couple, with their own wedding coordinator, sets their own pace and schedule. Below is just a sample of what couple commonly follows.

  • 12:00 Getting Ready for Bride and Groom. I usually come in and take detail pictures of your dress, shoes, rings, flowers, makeup, etc.
  • 1:00 All Hair and Makeup Finished
  • 1:15 Dress On; Final Touch.
  • 1:45 First Look
  • 2:00 Bride and Groom Portraits
  • 2:30 Family Portraits
  • 3:00 Bridal Party
  • 3:30 Break for the bridal party. I go to the reception hall and take detail pictures of the hall, center piece, cake, guest book, plates, etc.
  • 4:00 Ceremony Begins
  • 4:30 Ceremony Ends
  • 4:40 The Couple. Another portrait session for the couple.
  • 5:10 Couple Joins the Cocktail Hour
  • 5:30 Grand Entrance to Reception

The timing for each event can be modified depending on the couple.
